What are we trying to achieve?
- To establish a strong, functioning Kingdom Community whose order and organisation is directed by the Lord. To incorporate the biblical pattern of leadership regarding plurality of eldership and team ministry.
- To recognise and receive the foundation-laying gifts of apostles and prophets along with other governmental gifts of evangelists, pastors and teachers so that the community may be established on a firm spiritual foundation and be brought to strength and maturity.
- To be a community in which prophetic ministry, divine healing, miracles and all the gifts of the Spirit function and are manifested in the nature and character of Jesus Christ.
- To demonstrate accurate Kingdom life, patterns for spiritual development and engage in strategic initiatives for God's Kingdom.
- To bring individuals and families to a life-changing encounter with the transforming power of the knowledge of Jesus Christ.
- To equip people to function in the Kingdom and to bring them to maturity in the faith, demonstrating supernatural understanding and performance.
- To bring people to the point where they recognise their own calling and destiny in the Lord and they are able to accomplish it.
- To build strong, stable, godly families in which men function in true spiritual headship, women are spiritually mature and children are trained in God's ways and are a blessing to successive generations.
- To promote a high level of personal holiness, deep commitment to faith and strong allegiance to the Lord and His Word.
- To establish lives based on obedience to the commands of God. To declare, proclaim and communicate our living faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
- To accomplish all of God's will for the community as revealed by the Holy Spirit, apostles and prophets to the leadership of NH in accordance with patterns found in the Bible.
- To be a group of people who serve each another and understand the strength and importance of corporate life and who refuse to live in isolation.
